HiFi WP uses a transparent dual-cost model that separates platform access from actual AI usage, ensuring you only pay for what you use while maintaining predictable base costs.

Stripe Billing Cycles & Payment Terms

Monthly Subscription Plans

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring via Stripe
  • Billing Date: Same date each month (set at signup)
  • Payment Methods: Credit/Debit cards via Stripe only
  • Currency: USD processed through Stripe
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Subscription Allowances

  • Included Usage: Every plan bundles a monthly AI usage allowance aligned with its rate limits
  • Cycle Reset: Allowances reset automatically at the start of each Stripe billing period
  • No Rollover: Unused subscription allowances expire at the end of the billing cycle
  • Pause on Exhaustion: If your allowance reaches zero and no top-up credits remain, usage pauses until renewal or top-up
  • Transparency: Track allowance consumption in your dashboard and billing emails

Top-Up Credits

  • Optional Packs: Purchase one-off credit packs from the Credits tab; processed through Stripe Checkout
  • Usage Order: Subscription allowance is consumed first, followed by any active top-up credits
  • Expiry Window: Top-up credits expire 90 days after purchase; expired balances are removed automatically
  • No Cash Value: Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash
  • Visibility: Credit balances, history, and expirations are available in the Credits tab

Stripe Payment Processing

  • Payment Processor: Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
  • Security: Bank-level encryption and fraud protection
  • Failed Payments: Stripe retries failed payments automatically
  • Account Access: Usage limits are reduced to zero when payments fail and restore once payment succeeds
  • Payment Updates: Update payment methods via Stripe Customer Portal
  • Receipts: Automatic email receipts from Stripe

Tax Handling

  • US: Sales tax applied based on billing address
  • EU: VAT included in displayed prices
  • UK: VAT applied at current rates
  • Other: Local taxes may apply

  • Global: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • US: ACH bank transfers (Enterprise)
  • EU: SEPA direct debit
  • All Regions: PayPal
