Research Clip
Clip pages, PDFs and cropped screenshots into your HiFi-WP workspace, then publish the collection to a site (Chrome and Edge).
Version 3.6.0 · Chrome & Edge (Manifest V3)
What it does
- Clip any web page as clean markdown — one click, citation links preserved
- Screenshot the visible tab, or drag a box on the page to keep just the part you need
- Crop inside the panel on pages Chrome blocks injection on, like PDF viewers
- Caption every capture before it uploads — nothing leaves the browser until you save
- Paste a link to pull in a Google Doc, YouTube video, PDF, image, or any URL
- Attach a PDF or image straight from your computer
- Group clips into named collections, or use Quick Clip for one-offs
- Side panel UI — always accessible while browsing
- Send a collection straight to a site — post type, post format, draft or live, slug, meta description, SEO keywords and ACF field groups
- Choose a publishing format, tone, target length and audience, or keep the original text unrewritten
- Track queued, drafted, finished and failed jobs in the panel, with quota and subscription limits shown inline
Quick start
- Sign up for HiFi-WP
- Install from the Chrome Web Store
- Open the side panel and paste your API key from Profile → Connections
- Clip pages into collections — use them in KB authoring or agent workflows
